One plan for the whole firm

Yes. $250 per firm, per month is the whole price for your whole firm, with every feature enabled and unlimited users and cases. It is the same $250 for a firm of forty as for an attorney practicing alone, and there is no annual plan. During the beta you are not billed at all, and firms that stay on when the beta ends keep $50 off that price, at $200 per firm, per month.

Cases, users and features are unlimited, AI runs on every case and is unlimited while the beta runs, and the plan includes 100 GB of document storage. Text messages, fax and the AI voice agent are add-ons billed by what you use, because one case can spend more on fax or calls than everything else put together. When the beta ends, your AI usage shows in Billing against a monthly allowance, and you can buy more credits or storage at published rates. You are never upgraded automatically and nothing stops working without notice.

Nothing stops. Your usage becomes visible in Billing on the same plan, and if you run past the monthly allowance you buy more at a published rate, when you choose to. You can also set a spending cap in settings that stops AI requests at a limit you choose.
